A significant diffusion of heating floor plants was after the second world war: but this new system wasn’t good because the buildings was characterized by a very high heat leak. Today, the plants are the most confortable system because the insulating panel let use a highest well being, thanks to a different heat diffusion.
The floor radiant panels thermoregulation has been one the most problems but in our times with new materials as Multilayer pipe, new kind of insulating panels, best buildings..added to performing regulation systems, has allowed the radiant panels develop and to become one the biggest heating solutions to guarantee the highest well being standars in the buildings.
Our product Agi-Roll is a XPS extruded polystyrene plate in staves, no CFC, coupled with aluminated foil of Kraft paper to guarantee vapor barrier; we have thought, develeped and now we manifacture it totally here in Italy.
We manufacture on demand in two thicknesses:20 or 30 millimeters.
Some characteristics for 30 thickness:

-Compression set: Kpa 300/330 EN 826
-Fire reaction: Euroclasse E

-Packing included: square meter :12.
(The rolls help a quick laying).
We use Multilayer pipe Pex-Al-Pex.
We can offer the Rolls only or the complete systme, with multilayer pipe, fixing clips, steel manifolds with heating floor, wall boxes for the manifolds, brass ball valves with nut and tail, full bore, PN 25, 1”.
